Hello, beautiful Ladies and cute Gentlemen. Hope you guyz are good? I welcome you to another great episode of 'My Top 5s'. Today, we're gon be looking at the TOP 5 FEMALE ARTISTES IN NIGERIA, based on my own personal perception.

Here are My Top 5 Female Artistes in 9ja:
1. TIWA SAVAGE [ @TiwaSavage ]- No competition, na this babe dey reign for Nigeria when it comes to entertainment in the female world. First Lady of Mavin Records, I tuale ooo. Tiwatope Savage was born in Nigeria, moved to U.K in her teens and then to the U.S, from U.S back to her hometown in Nigeria. Had a degree in Business Administration from University of Kent. Tiwa was the 1st African Female Artist to be associated with the Pepsi brand [She really made madt money from this deal]…she's got other endorsement deals with MTN, Forte Oil and Maggi. She's done great songs like Kele Kele Love, Oyi Remix (with Flavour), Love Me (3x), Eminado, Olorun Mi, Without My Heart, Doro bucci (with The Mavin Crew) and Girlie O (with Patoranking)....how she no go be Best Female Artiste in Nigeria with all these hit tracks? Tiwa too don act before, she has been featured on some number of movies like 'For Coloured Girls' (which had Joke Silva and Ireti Doyle on it). Even if na money make Tiwa fine (y'all remember how Tiwa was really very ugly when she came into the scene), the money no change some of her crazy attitudes....Tiwa no dey allow bullshit ooo. If you dare talk to her anyhow on social media, she'll reply you sharpaly. A good example is when she had a fight on twitter with a fan after retweeting a picture of herself at the Occupy Nigeria Protest in 2012...(Google search for details...this is not why we are here). And no be only for online Tiwa dey yab fans or fellow music acts and even media houses ooo, Tiwa wey don comot cap for Policeman head before....but her husband and manager,  TJ Billz Balogun talk sey the story na lie. All of these won't make me hate Tiwa a bit. She's simply dha BEST like Binatone. Tiwa has 'Once Upon A Time' as her only album and 'Solar Plexus' as the Compilation Album she's featured on.

2. OMAWUMI [ @omawumi ] - Omawumi Megbele rose to stardom after she was voted the 1st Runner-Up of 2007 Idols West Africa....Timi Dakolo won the competition that year....but that one no make Timi better than Omawumi currently. Omawumi is trending and hotting (permit me to use it that way). Omawumi is one very creative singer I so much respect but she no really fine, e no mean anyway for as long as she's good, I give her 100%. Omawumi is a brand ambassador to GLO, Konga.com and Malta Guinness. She graduated from Ambrose Ali University with a Law degree. She's a very good actress as she has also been starred in many movies like 'V. Monolugues', 'Olurombi', 'Inale', 'Return of Jenifa', 'House of Gold'. She's done great songs like 'If You Ask Me', 'Warn Yourself' (with Wizkid), 'Bottom Belle' (with Flavour), 'Power of Naija' (with 2 Face), 'Somori', 'In The Music', 'Serious Love Nwantintin' and her latest single 'Megbele' which is currently one of my favorite songs etc. Lasso of Truth is the only album she has dropped.

3. EVA ALORDIAH  [ @EvaAlordiah ] - Elohor Eva Alordiah is one lady I'd really really love to be with...just a ONE NIGHT STAND, daz all I want. But since the time when Eva and that Charly Boy's son called Alex don dey make love on twitter, I don dey vex. When I started seeing their tweets, I got jealous and thought it will soon end....buh right now, it seems they are really getting serious and I feel like getting a gun to shoot that man down. Anywayz, that is by the way. Eva is a rapper I cherish gidigan. My love for Eva started when I first heard her 'I don did it' track....daaammmnnn, that song too gbaski. Other great songs done by Eva are SHUGA, DEAF and Light Outs. She's also a make-up artist [She became one after battling with a serious face disease which kept her indoors for months), that makes her a model and also a role model to young aspiring models. She's also a very good writer and blogger on http://evaalordiah.blogspot.com where she writes her life experiences and beauty tips...na from her blog I read the true story of how she was molested as a child by one of her Uncles [Read full details on her blog]. Eva is currently my BEST FEMALE RAPPER in this country. The Charming Humble Nice Guy has spoken. GBAM!!!

4. CHIDINMA [ @chidinmaekile ] - Chidinma Ekile is one sexy young lady every guy would love to take home to mama. She's cute and handsome (not pretty)....hahaha. Just as Tiwa is the First Lady of Mavin Records and my sweetheart; Tonto Dikeh (PokoLee) is the Duchess of Lee Temple...so is my portable-statured Chidinma to Capital Hill Records. Chidinma became a Star after she won the 3rd Season of MTN's Project Fame West Africa and since then she's been blowing my mind with her sweet jams like 'Jankoliko' (with Sound Sultan), 'Kedike', 'Emi Ni Baller' (with Suspect, Ill Bliss), 'Oh baby' etc. Chidinma has performed in several countries across Africa including The Republic of Benin, Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire, Kenya, Cameroun, Equitorial Guinea, Niger and Ghana. She's currently studying Sociology at the University of Lagos. As talented as she, Chidinma is still single and also a confirmed VIRGIN, I wonder what Dammy Krane is doing.

5. ASA [ @Asa_official ] - A fellow blogger expressed his bad feelings towards Asa's music stating that Asa is very negative. He explained further by revealing to me that all Asa's songs are always about destruction or danger. Well, whether she is positive or negative, my love for Asa cannot be quenched by anything. This babe is good. Even though there have been some reports that she's a lesbian, e no concern me. If she keeps giving me good and sensible music, I'll keep loving her always. I really don't know much about Asa, I'd have done a lot of writing here, but I also think Google will help you guyz.....lol.
