Good day brothers and sisters at the top. How have you guyz been? It's been a great weekend all the way here, we have a full house. The trouble of a full house is so so unbearable buh I can endure till tomorrow. Yes! I'm moving permanently to Ago-Iwoye, lectures begin on Monday. It feels so good to be a student once again.
So, let's get down to business. This female reader is a friend on my 2go list. Each time she got an update of my blog on 2go, she would pop up saying she's gat something she wants to discuss with me. And once I say "go ahead", she'd just change her mind and tell me not to bother myself.
She's done this many times before she finally opened up. Then she asked me:
"What can a lady do if she finds out that her boyfriend bed wets?"
My head almost fell off my neck. She further said:
"He's 27 years old and he kept this from me for so long. Our relationship will be 4 years old next month. I love him very much and it's hard to leave him because he bed wets. I want to help him out of this poor predicament..."
At this point, I had to cut her short by asking her:
"WOW!!! Sorry, are you a Nigerian?"
I was actually stunned at her determination to stand by her man in this kinda situation. E rare to find dis kind babe for 9ja ooo. Chai! That guy is one lucky dude.
She continued:
"Lol. Please, what can I do? His family is aware of this but no one is aware from my side. Please, tell me what to do. I can't even go to my Pastor because I'm ashamed to tell anyone about it".
I told her to check my blog today for some good advice, and here is my own:
First of all, stop being ashamed if you really wanna help your man. As a Christian, please consider visiting your Pastor. This is not ordinary, it is spiritual and must be dealt with supernaturally. I attended one Church service sometime ago, a guy who bed wets was delivered that day. The minister made us understand that it is a thing of highest degree disgrace.
So my lady, join hands with your man in prayers. I strongly believe in fasting and prayer for it has helped me out of great crisis that almost ruined my life. Try it out! Do it sincerely. Believe me, the chain of disgrace will be broken in your man's life and generation.

DeleteAside prayers and fasting they should also seek the advice of a medical practitioner cos I too did bet wet till I turned 14 and was even seeing my menstrual flow. It would occur even on my period days and get the whole bed stained with blood. But when I went to see a doc I was told I had a weak bladder and shouldn't take too much liquid at night or even food combined with prayers too. It stopped b4 I turned 15.

I'm still suprised that none of our numerous prayer warriors who are android users have managed to pray to God so that internet bundles can be alot more cheaper.

ReplyDeleteRily a seious isshh but i rily salute d babe for her determination. practically make he try stop choping nd drinkng by atleast 8pm. nd he must pee bfr going to bed. last thing bfr he close eyes. secondly he can set alarm 2hrly to pee for d first 1mth with tym his body will adapt to it. medically make he go see an urologist for further investigation. spiritually if he fit do jst 7days fasting nd prayer in gud faith i tell u God go do wonders. datz my take #peaceout.
