I've been wanting to treat this topic long time ago, but I just don't want to rush it up cuz itz a critical issue and if treated anyhow, it might cause a whole lot of damage in many relationships. So, I took my time to concentrate and do some little research and even run some tests.
This 'Still in love with my ex' of a feeling is common among the ladies. It has been realized that 95% of heartbroken ladies find it difficult to move on....they live on memories. This happens most especially with their first love.
Here is a typical example of what you get from a lady who is still in love with her ex:
"I have been with an amazing man for four months. However, I’m still hung up on my ex of almost a year who I was madly in love with. I know that my ex and I aren't good for each other right now, but I’m holding on to the possibility of us getting back together. Will I ever be able to love the man I'm with, or is it time to cut bait? I love spending time with him, and he makes me happy, but I don't always feel that spark like I did with my ex."
It's a very good feeling, no doubt but if not careful, you'll be heartbroken more than you think. So, I'll be focusing my points on ladies (Point of Reference) simply because they are the ones who get affected by this virus most of the time.
Here are TWO OPTIONS for you to get over your Ex:
1. GET YOURSELF OUT OF TROUBLE - This might sound harsh but when you think it through, you'll see that it's the BEST option. You can't be in love with A [your ex] and still want B [your current boyfriend]. You simply can't eat your cake and have it. You'll be doing yourself and your boyfriend bad by living in the memories of your ex. Getting Yourself Out Of Trouble is a case whereby you set yourself free from the bondage of love....Leave your current boyfriend, BE SINGLE, Force yourself to STOP LOVING your ex and LEARN to LOVE YOURSELF. Stop trying to force something that isn’t there. Set your new boyfriend FREE. You need time to sort yourself out unattached. You are not committed to B, A is also not committed to you. A very good relationship needs TWO whole-hearted committed individuals.

2. BACK TO GRASSROOT - You want to STOP LOVING YOUR EX and his pictures are still on your phone and laptop, you move around with the top or jean or wrist watch he got you when you were together. You wake up everyday seeing the rose and gifts he bought you a year ago and memories of how you guys went to the beach, club and event starts flooding your head. With all of these, you'll never get over him. These are simple things that will make you wanna see him again, which will not go down well with your current boyfriend when he eventually gets to know. So, what do you do? LET GO OF ALL HIS PROPERTIES THAT ARE WITH YOU....I'm not saying you should get them burnt or dispose them of....just do away with them for the time being when you'll be able to use or see them and not feel anything for your ex.
Most importantly, you need to stop being friends with him. I know this sounds strange but you can't get over someone that you are in constant contact with all of the time. Breaking up hurts, but it's a part of life. We all go through it, many, many times in fact. The sooner you end your friendship and live your life, doing the things that make you happy, the sooner you will get over the break up. You don't have to exclude him from your life forever, but for now, you need to let go. Maybe in a few years the two of you will reconnect and become great friends or more. But for now, you need to stop seeing/talking with him.
And if you are still doubting your love for your ex, undergo this ------->>> TEST, and see your result, you'll also get a hint on what to do.
