FINDING LOVE THROUGH BETRAYAL - THE END. [BY TEE SILVA]

Hello ladies and gentlemen, how has the week been? Una no lemme rest untop this story. Well, I don bring am come for you before you kill me. For those of una wey miss previous episodes, read them ------->>> HERE.

Welcome to the concluding episode.

Mike - "Mr. Roberto, I think I know you somewhere. Did you perhaps attended Harvard University?"
Roberto - "Yes, I graduated from Harvard University with a first class honors but I don't think I know you"
Mike - "Yea, I guess you won't recognize me cos many people said I've changed a lot. Do you remember Mike who also graduated with you the same year with a first class honors in architecture? We were the only ones who had first class that year"
Roberto - "Micheal Davies!?"
Mike - "Yes Micheal Davies"
Roberto - "Oh my God, you've changed a lot, I hardly recognized you. But how come you are in Nigeria? Didn't you take the job offer from the university?"
Mike - "Oh! Yes, I did. But I quit after a few years and came back home".
I stared at my parents, there was joy in mum's eyes and pure admiration in Dad's eye. I saw that they were impressed with Mike and I felt at ease. I thanked God because he was the one who sent Mike to me.

"I still have that picture we snapped together, and I never could have thought we could meet again this way. I mean we ended up marrying from the same family". Roberto said and everybody laughed.
"Well then let me welcome you both into the family", my dad said happily.
"You both are the sons we never had" he said and hugged them.

I had a tear drop in my eye and my sister did too. The atmosphere was a little bit emotional but mum finally said;
"Okay, okay, father, sons and daughters food is ready let's go have dinner".
We all went to the table and had dinner, everyone with their spouse.

Time flew and my sister's wedding day was here. I had made it a point of duty to invite Jane and Sanzy. The wedding was fun and I noticed some sparks between Jane and the best man which I smiled over. After the wedding, there was another family gathering and my wedding date was fixed. The big day was to be in the next seven weeks. Things between Jane and Richard, Roberto's best man had seriously heated up and Jane was always talking about him.

Later Jane also announced she's living the bitches world, Sanzy and I congratulated her. The friendship bond between me and Sanzy was tighter than ever. I asked Sanzy to be my best lady of which she agreed. The next couple of weeks became busy for me as I was doing my wedding shopping. Mike and I decided to go to Paris for our Honeymoon and we got ready.

Finally, the big day was here. Mike and I were joined together in my parents' church. The church auditorium was filled with different kinds of people. Friends, family, colleagues, housemates, old school mates, neighbors and so many well wishers.

After saying our vows, the priest said:
"You may now kiss the bride" and Mike enclosed my mouth in the most loving and promising kiss we've ever shared.
"At last you are mine", he whispered into my ears as we danced our first dance as a couple.

Finally, it was time to leave.
"We have a plane to catch and if we wouldn't miss our flight, we've got to get going", Mike said to our guests.
When it was time for me to throw my bouquet. As I stood on the porch to throw my bouquet I looked behind me as I carefully threw it into the waiting hands of my friend and best lady, SANZY. She caught it and she was so excited. I left the place of the event hand in hand with my husband and we went straight to the airport. We were ushered into the first class chamber of the plane and one of the air hostess surprisingly announced;
"We have a newly wed couple on the plane".

Every other passengers stood up, clapped their hands and said their congratulations. I was overjoyed. I smiled and looked into the eyes of the man whom I'd be spending the rest of my life with. I said a sincere 'THANK YOU' to God for this great blessing and I hugged my husband as I spent the 6-hour flight to Paris in his arms.
