CAN WE MEET YOU?
I am Isreal Olusegun the son of Pastor and Deaconess Ayodeji, I hail from Ekiti State but base in Lagos, born on January 23rd and also a B.sc holder in Transport business.

TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I started my education right from house the help of my parent and senior ones from there I enroled to Mavir Nursery and Primary School after that I move on to Topfield College and God so good I graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University '2013/2014' B.sc in Transport studies and presently I am serving in Ibadan.

WHEN DID YOU START MUSIC?
Whaooo that's a great question *clear throat* I started music at the age of 7. I know many people will find it hard to believe but that's the fact. Back then I was in children choir and I do lead songs.

HOW DID YOU START MUSIC?
To be candid, I started music with some group of friends rehearsing together day and night and also with the help of my big boss Yomi Ade.

WHY MUSIC AND NOT SOMETHING ELSE?
Not that I chose music but music chose me because even when am in the bathroom I find myself singing a different song entirely most especially on the highway, I find my mouth moving. Just funny anyway but all the same I love music.

IF NOT MUSIC, WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING PROFESSIONALLY?
Only God knows.

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE YOUR MUSIC?
Shegxy's music is a mixture of afro pop and high life but in general to make a unique sound to the hearing.

HOW MANY TRACKS HAVE YOU DONE AND HOW MANY ARTISTES HAVE YOU WORKED WITH?
Presently, I have 20 tracks and I have worked with Nigerian artiste like Asho, Benny, Famouz, Pjay, Sauce Prince, Yomi Ade, Angel Heart and so on.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE CHALLENGEES YOU FACED BEFORE ATTAINING THIS POINT IN YOUR CAREER?
Well, it is not easy but am thanking God for helping me to conquer every obstacles up till this moment.

ARE YOU SIGNED TO ANY RECORD LABEL?
No for now. I am working hard on my own and also with my superb crew TeamSOF

WHAT IS TEAMSOF ALL ABOUT?
TeamSOF is a conbination of a DJ, MC, Model and Artistes (Shegxy Official Entertainment)

WHO ARE YOUR ROLE MODEL IN THE INDUSTRY?
I don't have any role model but to be sincere I really love Faze, Kaha, Akon and Sunny Ade. I always believe in myself because I can't be someone else.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR 2015?
My plan for 2015 is to be on top.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS?
*smiles* I see myself in that cool place Almighty God has prepared me for.
