Many of my friends have been questioning the status of my health. I have a very good immune system, I guess. In fact, some very close pals of mine see me as inhuman. The last time I fell sick was on my birthday - 30th August, and that will be the first this year!

You may want to ask - "Jawbone, how you dey do am?"

Hehe.....e simple baje baje! You just become a Charming Humble Nice Guy/Girl.....Shikena......No more sickness in your life lailai again!

Ok, now lemme quickly give you the secrets to my good health:
1. I LIVE A CAREFREE LIFE - This doesn't imply that I totally live a careless life. NO! What I mean here is I live my life the way I want it. I don't care what people will feel about what I do. So many people have gone to their early graves cuz they mind what people think or say about them. Me ayam not ready to die now, even though I dont fear death.....Ayam still not ready 2 die NOW! So, I live my life having fun with whatever I feel itz ok for me and not for ANYBODY. And I don't get offended real quick.....I forgive so easily.....As a matter of fact, FORGIVESNESS is the easiest thing for me to do! Yeah.....Datz why people around me always say of me - "Jawbone o ma ran yan" - "Jawbone no dey send person". Yeah! Thatz why I live a healthy life.

2. I DON'T LET MYSELF GET VERY HUNGRY - Nor be sey I too like food. Haha, you too no go wan talk sey you no like food na. I always dont like getting hungry or very hungry before I get myself served. I make sure I eat my four-square meals....some of you do the normal three-square....na una sabi! You will want to say, upon all the 4-square meals, Jawbone still never fat. Hehe, dont mind my body oooo, buh sha, yu no need know where the food dey take effect......*I'm fat in the necessary place*……lolz! Anytime I skip breakfast, I'm sure to eat what I call BreakLunch (Combination of Breakfast & Lunch). And, no matter how full I am, I always make sure I mark the dinner's register. Read this - "Letting yourself get too hungry before eating just sets you up to overeat at your next meal and will always make the candy jar look more appealing."......Abeg, werin Candy jar mean?

3. I SO MUCH LOVE TREKKING? - My friends do say - "Jawbone, when itz not that you don't have money to take a cab or bike." Nor be my fault, I just love trekking long distances. I love trekking alone. And more so, I use that period to think. I see it as a form of exercise.....some of you guys think exercise is best done in the morning.....even if experts say it......me no dey gree......I can exercise anytime. Even under a hot sun. It really helps me keep fit.....and there are other many things I gain from this activity. So, you too try get as much physical activity as you can. Skip the elevator and take the stairs, ignore your car or forget the bikeman and trek! You'll love the result.

4. I DRINK A LOT OF WATER - Iya Alamala, Iya Oniresi, Iya Elewa.....all the bukas in my area sabi sey Jawbone like water. Sincerely, it's good to drink......not Ogogoro ooooo.....drink clean water! You need to stay hydrated. Not only is it good for your internal organs, it also keeps your skin healthy and lessens acne. Have you felt or seen my skin before? You need to, I no too dey stay inside Air Conditioned places......buh, my skin fresh pass the people wey dey dey inside AC 24/7. My skin accepts any kinda soap.....be it Omo or Bimbo......lolz! I drink approximately 2 sachets of pure water at meal.

5. I EAT BALANCED DIET - I do tell people, it is not necessary you eat expensive food, if you cant afford it. But, if you can, abeg....chop your money! My food are really not expensive but I sabi combine food well well. I eat rice or yam in the morming......okele like Amala or Iyan for lunch.......then Bread and Beans for dinner! Thatz a correct Balanced Diet! And my meals are always complete. If na rice I wan chop - Rice, Beans or Spaghetti, Dodo, Egg and Meat are the erojas (Ingredients). Hen hen......Please, eat at least an egg a day.....either boiled, or fried, or roasted.....any form! An egg a day is very good for your body and soul. I eat 3 eggs daily......and I dey mess gaaaannnn......If I mess, everywhere dey scatter!

6. AM ALWAYS HAPPY, I LAUGH ALOT -  My father use to tell me that "Never let anything take away your joy". It is good to laugh and be happy. Whenever am down, I sing the "Don't worry, Be Happy" song......the one klint dha drunk used as comedy. I dont fight and I dont beef! My life is SIMPLE. Nothing worries me. 3 things that makes me happy - My "Good" friends, Good Music and my Charming Humble Nice Girl. I have rest of mind. No be sey the money don plenty like that......buh I am contented with the little I have. Laughter helps triger the release of powerful hormones that energizes a person's immune system. Laugh, Stay Healthy and Live Longer......cuz, Laughter is a recipe for a long life.
