As we count down to probably the biggest event in recent years (2015 election)...it's quite pathetic that the game of politics in this part of the globe is now synonymous with the game of soccer in the Spanish League(La liga). Whereby, it is either Real Madrid (GEJ) or Barcelona (GMB).

With the accruing rate of corruption, unemployment, insecurity, just to mention but a few, Nigerians are dead desperate for a "Moses" who will liberate them from "Egypt" and see them through the "Red Sea". The question to ponder on remains, "who will be the chosen one?" Not just by man (OBJ., Tinubu, etc.) but by God. Until this question is rationally answered, Nigerians might just be on another "white goose chase". As far as 2015 election is concerned, we have only three presidential aspirants namely, GEJ., GMB., and others. But, just two opposition or rivals: GEJ., and GMB.

Could the chosen one be the former? Who desires a decade before he can make a conspicuous change and has gotten a whopping of six of ten years yet, majority have to expostulate over his achievements. Or the fact that thousands of innocent lives were laid to rest under his regime while he embarks on frivolous trips, or probably because most national bodies (NLC, ASUU, ASUP, NMA, NANNM, etc) were carelessly allowed to embark on an epidemic indefinite strike that could have easily been aborted. But NO, he was/is too busy on a quest for a second term. Ok, I know he should be considered for the singular fact that he created or built a number of Universities. But, I am equally aware that was done whilst the already existing ones were ailing and sub-standard, the nonchalant attitude towards the still missing "Chibok girls" I guess is another good reason Nigerians should vote him.
My simple advice to you is: "Bring Back Our Girls before the election due date or better still, provide an in-depth knowledge of the how and where about of the girls".

By so doing you might just automatically win the heart of majority.

At this junction, someone might say the latter is then the chosen one. Will that be based on the fact that he represents an amalgamated party? I was taught that "once one finger is soiled with oil it affects the others". Similarly; "the moment a hen begins to feast among Vultures, itself soon will become a Vulture". Or should he be chosen for already being found guilty of forgery of school result. The last I checked, is a crime punishable by law. But just in case you win, never let anyone get convicted or prosecuted for similar crime.
Does he deserve to lead Nigerians to the promise land after an involvement in a "Blood and Baboon" statement in the past. Maybe, he should be considered for his known bigotry personality or his abrassive nature that got him persecuting innocent citizens during his brief tenure as head of state or the singular reason that if given the opportunity, he might be more focused on a quest for revenge than a change.
My advice to you is: "Don't let your self get super saturated with confident of the assumed atmosphere and receptions. Reason, in this game of politics especially in Nigeria, what you see is not always what you get. Else, you might end up in a state of wry worst than the previous you experienced."

The fact remains, unlike the previous, it won't be a whup victory for either opposition, as the defendant in this circumstance will be given a run for his money assuming there won't be a skewed result.

After all said, one will ask which then is my preferred choice of the two things involved? And my answer will be:
"Let the most desperate lose".
